This award-winning cider is made by the Kerisac Cider Company based in Guenrouet, just to the north of Nantes in Britanny. Using only locally grown apples, the cidrerie has produced a delicate, crisp cider that is less brut than its Norman counterparts and therefore makes for a great aperitif. Also pairs excellently with cauliflower cheese, jambon persille or a chunk of Camembert cheese.
