A delicate straw-yellow in colour, this is a fresh and floral white with scents of white flowers and green fruit. On the palate, flavours of almonds and apple with a hint of green herbs. A dry and refreshing finish with hints of pear. Try drinking with squid, sea bass or a seafood salad.
