Antonio Camillo worked for 15 years as cellar master in some of the most important estates in Maremma, Tuscany. 8 years ago he bought two vineyards totalling 5 hectares in the area between Sovana and Pitigliano on the border with Lazio. He makes organic reds and whites from local native grapes including this refreshing Vermentino from vines grown high in the hills of Maremma at 600 metres above sea level. Its racy minerality makes for a great food wine.

A light golden in colour. On the nose telltale aromas of basil and pine nuts with undertones of citrus and honey. On the palate, delightfully zesty with a pronounced minerality and balanced acidity. The finish is lingering and refreshing. A food-friendly & crowd-pleasing white designed to be drunk young. Try with pasta primavera, gremolata sauces, vegetable terrines or shrimp cocktails.
