The wines from the Nordoc range are made near Narbonne on Languedoc's Golf de Lion coast. The varietal wines made here are great value for money and this 100% Chardonnay is no exception. Made from grapes picked overnight to retain their freshness, this crisp and refreshing white has a lovely, light acidity.
A clear pale yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe pears and melon. On the palate, light and crisp with mineral notes leading to a smooth and refreshing finish. Great by itself or with eggs Benedict, a Ceasar salad or Thai fishcakes.
