The wines from the Nordoc range are made near Narbonne on the Languedoc coast. These single varietal wines are great value for money and this savoury rose is no exception. Predominantly Cinsault with a splash of Syrah, this is a dry and refreshing pink designed for easy drinking.
A delicate pink in colour. On the nose, scents of strawberries and blueberries with flinty notes. On the palate, aromatic and floral with spicy hints and a crisp acidity. The finish is pleasantly tart, making this a great food wine with wild mushroom quiche, seared tuna or feta, spinach and mint tartelettes.
